Dear my friends!!! I bet that no one of us
has never suffered from stress in such a busy and modern life. Well, stress is
definitely an inseparable part of our lives. Sometimes, stress, as well as
pressure in a moderate level, is considered a pretty positive factor, helping
us become more motivating and powerful. But, overstress, on the other hand, is
something really harmful to our health, especially if this lasts for long
period of time. In fact, not many of us is able to be aware of our own stress
level and then have immediate control and treatments. So what should we do to
keep ourselves away from overstressing and its bad effects on our bodies???
That seems like a big question, but if you care yourself enough, it's not a big
deal at all for sure.
Despite an amateur writer, I still made
this blog with the hope of creating a place for anyone, who wants to learn and
exchange information about stress such as stress symptoms, causes, its bad effects
